2. **Services Offered**: TheMug.org provides various services related to video and audio production, including studio rental, video promotion, production of videos, public speaking lessons, camera teaching, editing, voice production, and noise cancellation services.

3. **Refund Policy**: Any requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of project completion. Refunds are subject to review and approval by TheMug.org management and may be granted at their discretion.

4. **User Responsibilities**: Users are responsible for providing accurate information and materials required for the services they request. Any delays caused by inaccurate information or failure to provide necessary materials may affect project timelines.

5. **Intellectual Property**: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by TheMug.org or created during the course of providing services remain the property of TheMug.org unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. **Usage Rights**: Upon completion of services and full payment, clients are granted non-exclusive rights to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. TheMug.org retains the right to showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. **Confidentiality**: TheMug.org agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. **Limitation of Liability**: TheMug.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
